A. Acceptance of Terms

D. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform in any way that:

  • Violates any applicable Czech or EU law or regulation

  • Introduces malicious code, scripts, or automated scraping tools
  • Impersonates Zepili or any other person or organization

Zepili reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Platform for any User who violates these conditions, without prior notice.

The circular economy field evolves rapidly, and some content may not reflect the most current regulatory or scientific developments at the time of reading.

To the extent permitted by Czech law — in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (the Civil Code) — Zepili's liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the Platform is limited to cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Zepili.

Zepili does not control the content of external websites and is not responsible for their accuracy, legality, or content. The inclusion of a link does not constitute endorsement of the linked website or its operator.

H. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic, specifically the courts with jurisdiction over the registered address of Zepili in Most.

Users who access the Platform from outside the Czech Republic do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent applicable.
