A. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at zepili.info (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use the Platform.

"Platform" refers to the website and all educational content made available at zepili.info, operated by Zepili with a registered address at Pod Resslem 1990/10, Most, Czech Republic.

The Platform provides educational content on circular economy principles for small manufacturers. All content published on the Platform is informational in nature.

"Educational content" means articles, course descriptions, frameworks, explanations, and related materials published for the purpose of informing and educating Users about circular economy concepts and practices. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, environmental, financial, or regulatory advice. The content is designed to inform, not to prescribe specific courses of action for any individual business. Users are responsible for evaluating how any information applies to their specific circumstances and, where appropriate, seeking qualified professional advice.

C. Intellectual Property

You may access and read Platform content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, translate, or create derivative works from Platform content without the prior written permission of Zepili.

D. Acceptable Use

  • Introduces malicious code, scripts, or automated scraping tools
  • Impersonates Zepili or any other person or organization
  • Interferes with the availability or integrity of the Platform for other users
  • Uses Platform content in a manner that misrepresents its origin or context

Zepili reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Platform for any User who violates these conditions, without prior notice.

E. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Zepili makes no representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any content. The circular economy field evolves rapidly, and some content may not reflect the most current regulatory or scientific developments at the time of reading.

To the extent permitted by Czech law — in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (the Civil Code) — Zepili's liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the Platform is limited to cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Zepili.

Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) — the comprehensive Czech civil law statute that governs obligations, contracts, liability, and related legal relationships between private parties.

F. External Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. Zepili does not control the content of external websites and is not responsible for their accuracy, legality, or content.
